Aisling is an Occupational Therapist who trained at the University of Alberta and the University of British Columbia. She has worked in this field for the past 20 years and has focused on family-centered care working with a neurodivergent population for the majority of her career. She has owned her own private practice for the last 10 years and has a passion for helping people find joy in their lives, and achieve their goals. Aisling has advanced training in executive functioning, and ADHD, and has completed training in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).

When she isn’t working, you will find Aisling spending time with her husband and 2 kids, on the soccer field, or skiing.
